To mark the grand reopening of Carré Sénart (by Jean-Paul Viguier and Associates + Saguez & Partners), Unibail gave Pierre & Maurice carte blanche to transform four of its most ‘precarious’ spaces.

Pierre & Maurice seized this opportunity to create the Winter and Summer Gardens. A lounge for visitors and clients of the shopping centre, the Winter Garden is the perfect haven in which to wait, whether you’re relaxing or working. A simple, but sublime answer to the question of how to use a space that had not yet found its purpose.

To realise this project, Pierre & Maurice worked closely with Unibail’s technical research unit. A few tweaks here and there between the design and production stages only added to the end results. A spectacular project, produced by Unibail.
